Integrative Therapy

I use an Integrative Therapy method, which means that the sessions are tailored to your journey of growth using a therapeutic approach that best suits your needs. Each session combines different therapies to create a stronger, more efficient method for change. My background training focuses on humanistic foundations, encompassing the principles of Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Existential Therapy, which emphasize the person's subjective experience with a holistic view.

Additionally, I use various methodologies and techniques, including breathwork, energy quantum healing, QEC and Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), which combines solution-focused techniques, Hypnotherapy, NLP, and CBT. These approaches access the mind at all levels, including the subconscious, to foster rapid change.

I often use hypnosis, a safe and relaxing technique that involves a natural state of altered awareness. During hypnosis, clients remain fully aware and in control, with heightened relaxation. Clients always retain control over their thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and behaviours. I also offer alternative techniques that work at the subconscious level without hypnosis.

These methods are suitable for all ages and focus on breaking negative thought patterns, empowering individuals to reach their true potential. The process provides a safe space to explore deep-rooted thoughts and feelings that may be affecting your daily life. As clients become aware of these influences, they feel stronger and confident to change, bettering themselves and living the life they choose in the present moment. These methods offer lasting changes and are highly effective.

Integrative Therapy addresses issues such as self-esteem, confidence, lack of abundance, childhood trauma, fears, panic attacks, phobias, addictions, eating disorders, weight issues, infertility, anxiety, depression, physical pain, and more.

At the end of each session, clients are guaranteed to have released some of the emotional pain causing discomfort. We recommend attending at least three sessions to fully become aware, feel empowered, and grasp the power within. Discounts are available for booking three or more sessions at once.

Sessions last between 1.5 to 2 hours. The success of any session depends on the client's willingness to embrace the process and allow change. While some clients may need only one session to start making life changes, deep-rooted issues may require a minimum of three or more sessions. Some techniques require at least 21 days between sessions, while others can be scheduled weekly or every two weeks, depending on the issue. Each client is different, and we will assess your needs throughout the journey.

Upon agreeing to work together, I will provide further information, including a detailed contract outlining my services for complete clarity and transparency.
